How do I place an order?

Finding what you are looking for is very easy: just type its name or code in the search bar.

I’m having trouble placing an order. What should I do?

First, please check that there are no special characters in the payment data. We then recommend deleting cookies and temporary file history, closing or changing browser and trying to place the order again. If the problem persists, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already been sent, please return it.

Where is my order?

Once you have selected your order, you can check its status and find the tracking link.

Are there any promotional codes?

To receive any Promotional Codes, sign up to the Newsletter. To take advantage of a promotion, enter the code in the specific field on the basket page.

The promotional code is not working.
