Which payment methods do you accept?
Online orders can be paid for using major credit or debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Why can’t I complete the payment?
Check that you have entered the details correctly. If you are paying by credit card, you will be asked for a temporary verification code or a code will be sent to you via text from your bank with the request to authenticate the transaction. If these steps have been completed without success, please write to customer service, possibly including a screenshot showing the page where you are unable to proceed, or alternatively contact your bank to make sure you are in line with PSD2 regulations.
Why are there two charges on my bank statement?
The first figure on the statement may correspond to the request for payment authorisation while the second is the confirmation of the actual charge. If, after checking this, you find you have been charged twice, please contact customer service.
