You can return any purchase within 14 days of delivery. We remind you that we cannot accept returns of products that are incomplete, worn or damaged or whose tags have been removed.
To return a product, please proceed as follows:
If you are a registered customer the return request can be managed from the “Account” section by logging in
If you are a If you are a unregistered customer/guest the return request can be managed by clicking here and entering your order details: surname, e-mail address, order number or CAP.
1. You will then receive the return confirmation by e-mail.
2. Print the return confirmation e-mail and place it inside the package.
3. Attach the prepaid return label you found inside the box to the package.
4. Organise a pickup by visiting “MyDHL+” at the following link https://mydhl.express.dhl
First select the country from which you wish to arrange the pickup, then the “Schedule a Pickup” tab. Finally enter the waybill number on the return label.

Returns are only free if you use the DHL pre-printed label that you will receive by e-mail after making the request. If you decide to use other couriers/labels, the shipping costs will be at your expense. Returns can only be sent from the country to which the product was delivered.
After checking the quality of the product, the refund will be made to the same payment system used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the product. The actual time needed to view the refund also depends on the payment method used and the bank. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when the return has been completed successfully.
We do not offer an exchange service. Please return the product and place a new order.
We do not accept online order returns at our boutiques.
